Tugging Test

Another test that would have derived material properties from our samples. Unfortunately our materials were not suited for the tension test apparatus and could not perform the test.

 

The test would have been a sample with attachments for a tension test jig. The material would experience a constant tension and a force displacement curve made from the process. The attachments on the material was insufficient for the tension test jig and we could not perform the test as a result.
